Walden University students, alumni and faculty are effecting positive social change by disseminating their research in a variety of academic journals.

Dr. Joel S. Finlay, who earned his Ph.D. in Administration/Management from Walden in 1994, is editing the Organization Development Journal. Students and alumni with relevant articles (articles on organizational development case studies in particular) should send them to him at odjed@yahoo.com.
