Grants Available for Bachelor’s Students $100 to $600 for students who have exceptional financial need. Many adults entering a bachelor’s degree program for the first time face significant financial obstacles. For these new and continuing students who have the greatest financial need, Walden University will begin offering a limited number of Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants of $100 to $600.
Pell Grant recipients with the lowest expected family contribution (EFC) will be considered first for the grant, which does not have to be repaid. The U.S. Department of Education’s process for determining an EFC is very complex and requires that students first complete the FAFSA.
Completing the FAFSA is the first step for current and prospective students interested in the grant.
