Walden Reaccredited by The Higher Learning Commission

Accreditation ensures that the university meets established standards of quality and that its degrees and courses will be recognized by employers and universities around the world.

In July, Walden University was reaccredited for seven years by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools after a periodic review.

The Higher Learning Commission is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education to accredit institutions of higher education in a 19-state region, which includes Minnesota, where Walden’s academic offices are based. This regional accreditation is recognized by employers and universities around the world.

Walden has maintained continuous accreditation since 1990.
