Walden a Top Producer of Master’s, Doctorate Minority Graduates Walden continues its tradition of being highly ranked by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education. According to the 2006 Top Graduate Degree Producers analysis by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education, Walden University ranks high on the list across numerous multicultural segments and degree programs.
In this comprehensive analysis of historically black colleges and universities and also of traditionally white institutions, Diverse ranked Walden a top producer of master’s and doctorate minority graduates in the following disciplines:
Master’s
Doctorate
The analysis considered graduate degrees awarded during the 2004–2005 academic year and is based on data from the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) Integrated Postsecondary Education Data Set (IPEDS).
“The Diverse: Issues in Higher Education rankings are a reflection of Walden University’s mission of expanding access to graduate education which ensures diversity among our student body and faculty,” said Paula E.
