Outstanding Alumni Award Recipient Dr. Prince Ordu is contributing to positive social change in the United States and Africa.
.jpg) Dr. Prince Augustine Ordu Born in Nigeria, Africa, Ordu continues to give back to the continent of his birth through his work. With the organization World Neighbors, Ordu works to make clean water available to the Ozuzu community in River State, Nigeria. As a member of the Etche-America Foundation, Ordu leads projects on community building, education, economics and health issues in Nigeria. Ordu is an active member of the Peoples Club of Nigeria International, the American Management Association and National Association of Health Services Executives. Dr. Sharon Riley Ordu, Ordu’s wife, nominated him, writing: “I am nominating Prince because of these many accomplishments and contributions to social change in the world, which were inspired by the mission of Walden University. Prince came to the U.S. at the age of 19 and struggled to get where he is with his parents’ and family’s support back in Africa.
