Women Leading Social Change Panel Video Available Online

Watch Lilly Ledbetter, Gloria Lewis, Dr. Anita McDonald and Paula Singer discuss women in leadership and fair pay in the workplace.

Video is now available for the panel discussion, “In Power for a Change: Women Leading Social Change.”

 

Paula Singer, chair of the Walden University Board of Directors, moderated the panel discussion on July 25, 2009, in Minneapolis. The panelists included Lilly Ledbetter, namesake of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act; Gloria Lewis, president and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities; and Dr. Anita McDonald, chancellor of Penn State DuBois.

 

The panel discussed equal, sustainable and fair pay for men and women in the workplace, and offered practical advice for women in leadership roles.
