NIH Offering Loan Repayment Program

Walden’s financial aid office has identified an opportunity for qualified health professionals.

Walden University’s Office of Financial Aid has identified an opportunity that may be appropriate for members of the university community.

Opportunity: The National Institutes of Health Loan Repayment Program (LRP) encourages health professionals to pursue careers in biomedical, behavioral, social and clinical research through student loan repayment.
Eligible Research Areas: Clinical research, pediatric research, health disparities research, contraception and infertility research, clinical research for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds
Loan Repayment Range: Up to $35,000 annually for student loan debt
